Menu for the week of Oct 22: lunch special continues!
To accommodate some special requests, and because some of these were so delicious I just have to do it again, there will be some repeats this week, along with some new items:
Four jars of soup (either/both) and two double-sized sides (pick two) for $24 this week
West African peanut stew with red lentils, sweet potatoes and collard greens (soup/stew)
Camote bihon (filipino sweet potato noodle and vegetables with tofu) (entree)
Three bean chili with squash and sweet potatoes (soup/stew)
Baked spiced butternut squash with walnuts (side)
Garlic root vegetable mash (roasted carrot, parsnip, sweet potato, garlic and potato coarsely mashed) (side)
…and maybe some sort of baked apple dish with cinnamon (side)
