Simple and fresh mango salsa

Mango Salsa

6 cups of fresh mango, cut into chunks (approx. 15 small mangoes)
2 12oz containers of medley cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes, halved
One yellow onion, diced
1/4 cup loosely packed, chopped fresh cilantro
4-6 shakes of Tabasco

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Chill overnight. Serve with corn chips or as a cold salad.
