Crust: unsweetened, gluten free

2 cups almond flour

1 1/2 cup oats

10 tbsp coconut oil (solid)

1 tsp salt

2 tsp baking powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, and knead until well mixed. Press firmly into a lightly greased baking dish (I use an 11-cup Pyrex) and bake until golden.
