Easy sauteed mixed greens
4 bunches of collard greens, roughly chopped, tougher stems removed
2 bunches rainbow chard, roughly chopped, tougher stems removed
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp Frontier brand chipotle smoked jalapeño seasoning
2 tbsp Bragg’s liquid aminos
1/4 cup Pacific low sodium vegetable broth
1/2 tsp Wright’s liquid smoke
Heat olive oil, garlic and chipotle powder over medium high heat. Slowly add greens and stir as greens continue to soften, occasionally adding a little vegetable broth as needed. Once all greens are simmering in the pan, stir in liquid aminos and liquid smoke. Serve hot when all greens are softened.
